Hi. It's me. Katee Sackhoff...and this is the first episode of my YouTube series!!!! Now I know that Goat Yoga isn't a new thing, but I've wanted to try it for so long!! And part of what this channel is for is to motivate us all to pursue joy in ways we never have before. But guys, let's be honest, you can't have goats every time you want to do yoga....sorta disappointing and it hurts to say. But that's okay! Because the best thing about this whole experience was having an amazing group of people around me, taking the time to relax with one another outside of the hectic day to day, and just finding a reason to laugh and move our bodies. If you take anything out of this episode beyond the sheer cuteness of baby goats, I hope it's exactly that:
